Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecological Problem

After six month marriage I done my ectopic pregnancy(2 months baby). after 1 year i can't conceive and spotting start from last 2 months during my mensural peroids. i consult doctor she said that its happen due to hormonal changes in my body now I'm taking daphaustan tablet & folic acid but no results. I had also done urine pregnancy test as well as blood pregnancy test but both are negative. Now I want to conceive & get rid of above said mensural problem. Please guide me.
