aoa i had deliever twins a year ago. they are breastfeeding. i didnt get my periods till 10 months. my husband lives abroad he came we had unprotected sex then i take ecp in 48 hours just once.. after 3 to 4 days i got periods with low flow ..next month when the date is came i feel severe cramps like periods after due date almost 10 days i got periods again with low flow.. now this time same happening i am having cramps but didnt get periods .. i also done strip test many times its negative.. why my periods are not regular? its because i take concerptive pill ? or lactation? kindly guide..and i also feel weakness.

it's not because of ur ecps
if taken only once
need detailed history.
if you are exclusively breastfeeding babies or you have just switched off babies with other diet and breastfeeding less frequently.
most likely breastfeeding fluctuation can cause change in periods
But kindly you need to repeat strip test for pregnancy again
or do serum beta HCG level in blood and show me.

switched babies with solids also.. they feed in day time when they sleep..no cluster feeding at day time from one month.

but there are no symptoms of pregnancy.. severe cramps like periods from past 2 weeks..but didnt get them my due date was 6 feb
