I have lecuria like discharge but with blood, but i don't have my periods the blood is not in flow and i feel slightly pain in my lower abdomen and feel nausea and headache also (I'm not married)

Your need serum hcg testing as ovarian problems are common at your age leading to irregular periods and second test is USG pelvis. Get it done imidiately and then consult me.
it will b better fir u to go to dr to see which type of discharge is this. and secondly u need more history.
