My lmp is 31st Jan n I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Last time I had a scan on 16th march n it showed 5.5 weeks pregnancy. There was no fetal pole n FCA yet. I had a missed miscarriage last year. So I'm scared this time. My doctor gave me u progest 200mg n asked to visit after 2 weeks but she's not available due to the lockdown. Kindly suggest should I get an ultrasound done to check the growth? Or continue u progest n wait for the 2 weeks lockdown to get over? I'm highly worried.

If it is 2 weeks since last scan You need an ultrasound to confirm fetal pole and cardiac activity, you can book appointment to confirm that and further management plan

My today's ultrasound shows 7.1weeks with FCA. My lmp 31-01-20 with 35days long cycle. So should I be worried about the growth or 2 weeks gapis fine?

No need to worry continue your folic acid and u progest , repeat ultrasound in 2 weeks

ultrasound showing cardiac activity?
inj gravibion intramuscularly weekly,atleast 6 doses.
folic acid daily and continue progest
