Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecologist

I have been married for 4. 5 years, no child, recently I visited a radiologist for my kidney stones ultrasound... MashaAllah cleared,... But she also did my lower pelvic n lower abdomen scan... N she told me that I still got 24mm mature follicle in my right ovary... Though she said it was my 20th day... Kindly guide me about this. And what I should do.. Should I try for it and what precautions to take if it's mature
