Aoa i’ m 29 weeks pregnant recently my blood test reports show my iron level is low so dr gave me iron to take two tablets in one day 210mg now ak week is passed yesterday i got constipated then today i didnt take iron but whole day even passing stool 3 times i’m facing alot of gas and smelly farts i took gaviscon syrup but no use i’m not feeling much hungry as i feel more and feeling upset bcz of this otherwise baby is fine MA and movement is also fine MA plz need dr guidance
