what was her last menstrual period date? is she having any medical issue n taking medicine before pregnancy ? if she has been normal then only tab folic acid once daily till 14weeks.. Ultrasound at 7-8weeks n before booking also get Blood sugar fasting, complete urine exam n CBC.

Thank you madam. Her last period date was 19 May 2020.
No Doctor sahiba, she isn't taking any medicines before pregnancy.
As you recommended folic acid till 14 weeks, Her first week will be counted today or from her previous menstrual period e.g 19 May 2020?
