Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecology
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Faisalabad Pakistan
I am 21 weeks pregnant Alhamdulillah.
I noticed brownish thread like vaginal discharge on Monday. I consulted my Gynaecologist she said it is of no worry as Baby Movements and Heart Beat and Growth is normal. She also checked internally and said that Uterus opening is intact and whitish discharge which is normal vaginal discharge is present. Still she gave me Capsule U-Progist for 15 days to be on safer side. No spotting. I noticed brownish vaginal discharge again yesterday and today. No spots.
Is it of any concern or should I just take rest with alleviated feet?

yeah relax bed rest maintain hydration n relax if this is the only symptom.

Ideally there should be no spotting or bleeding but if u got checked and all is ok and your doctor is satisfied there is no need to worry n probably its old blood but if u continue to have it do consult again….Be careful while inserting medicine as tissues get fragile during pregnancy due to increased blood flow but continue this medicine.
