Brown discharge Female age 37 single Ultrasound done on 8th February, 3 follicular retention cysts seen in left ovary Taking Famila28 tablets but got my periods twice this month.

You might have missed one tablet of famila and if one forget to take it then there is brownish discharge that is no problem and this follicular cysts are because of familawhich stops ovulation so that is also no problem

Asalam alaykum..Famila causes anovulation, so no need to worry about these cysts. Repeat scan after three months for follow up. Why did u do usg in the first place?

repeat ur full bladder scan frm a good sonologist...if again there is a clear cyst less than 5 cm wth no other findings then u need to follow it thru scan every 4 to 6 weeks but by the same sonologist and machine...missing a pill can cause ir regular bleeds...while sum women do experience ir regular bleeds/discharge per vaginum wth ovarian cysts...u hvnt mentioned the day of ur menstrual cycle when ur scan was done neither i can clearly see ur CET in the scan...anyways inform ur attending OBG of the current situation fr further management
