my wife had full thyroidectomy few months ago.her menses are already irregular.her last menses were 2 months ago. today we had intercourse and somehow semen entered her.Time was around 10 pm. kindly advise which pill may she take tomorrow morning to avoid risk of pregnancy.regards.

since she had thyroidectomy and then she has no periods then theoretically shes nt ovulating as well...so her pregnancy probability is nill to minimal...anyways after ruling out pregnancy this time go for contraception counselling to avoid un wanted pregnancy in the future...
