Talk to Gynecologist on Gynaecology

My periods started at the age of 13 and have been irregular ever since. Im abt to turn 20 and the issue remains, my mother has never taken me to a doctor despite knowing this. I used to use always pads but they created rashes so I shifted to butterfly and sometimes molped when I needed to use 2 for heavy massive bleeding. Now the issue is that I dont face rashes anymore but severe vaginal itching that it gets too bad. I cannot go to any hospital as my mother doesnt take me but what can I do at home to reduce this itching as it is becoming unbearable for me now. I used Canestan at first and that too stopped having effect, now Im using Doktacort but no improvements. This is getting too bad, please advice me as of what to do, I will forever be grateful.
