Currently i am having 1-acne breakouts ,2 months 2-mild hirsutism(3-4 on chin) 3- mild left pelvic and thigh pain /cramps for 2 months before and during periods Periods are regular WITH NORMAL FLOW also im trying to conceive from 3 months with no luck(just got married). bmi 18 (42 kg .5 ft) I have a history of ovarian cysts (small follicles)and acne was put on d/d of pcos and given diane 35 for 6 months in 2016(symptoms subsided after medicine ,u/s showed no cysts) .my periods were always regular. Again do pelvic ultrasound for PCOD, wait for 9 more months if ultrasound ok, daily folic acid tablet
If cycle is regular and just trying for 3 months can try naturally for a year(depends upon age). Take Folic acid regularly. Get a baseline usg done and follicular tracking at 14th day.
