Hi it,s Ayesha from Mirpur AJK.
I m from multiple problems.
1st : i m facing mensturation twice a week & i feel too much, toooo much pain during this period.
2nd : i m facing urinary problem. i can,t pee like normal prople. i used go in washroom again again & again but i feel that my bladder still full with urine & just few drops of urine comes out.
So i went to many gyneacologist and also a urologist.
gynea doctor don,t take my problem seriously she just gives me painkiller and antibiotocs.
then i went to urologist he recomend me cyctoscopy so i did cyctoscopy but no cure. ??
i don,t know what to do & where to go. No one even could dignosed my diseases. which doctor ll dignose my problems?
i m dying in search of the doctor who could dignose my diseases.
⚠️ plz plz anyone help me to save my life otherwise i ll die with deadly pain or i ll commit suicide??

investigations should be done
1: urine Complete examination
2: ultrasound abdomen pelvis and KUB
treatment:
1:During pain you can take ponston forte ( 1 in the morning and 1 at night)
2:Drink warm milk with 1/2 teaspoon haldi added in it during menstruation.
3:you can place hot water bag during pain over lower abdomen.
4: if bleeding is too much you can take tablet transamin 500 mg stat.
5: tablet leflox 250 mg (subha sham khany k bd) for 7 days
6: syp citralka (2+2+2) for 5 days
7: tablet Nospa(1+1+1) for 5 days
8: drink alot of water minimum 2 to 3 liter.
9: personal hygiene
10: capsule esso 20 mg before breakfast.for 7 days.
