i am 9 months postpartum delivered via c section my baby is on exclusively top feed since the day 1 now the problem is that after the delivery my periods returned within a month and they were super heavy and lasted for around 10 to 12 days that i had to take meds to stop the bleeding but now my period flow has changed drastically i do get periods every month with a little bit of fluctuation in the dates but not more than 6 days but the flow is very less i barely soak up a pad the entire cycle i have no idea what is been happeneing to me and how long will it take to return to normal. i am so worried because i want to have more childeren in the future but the flow is decreasing with every cycle and also i am very active around thw house as i have no one else to take care of so its just me , my husband and the baby i did have dealt with immense mental stress since december of 2023. please do let me know what is to be done to get a normal flow during periods?
