i need to know detail history,,,u need ultra sound,cervical length assessment,vaginal.swab test to check for infections...and if ultrasound shows good fetal hearts then treatment include some injections bed rest,and antibiotics according to swab reports....

u can get ur recent ultrasound to check the baby status and where exact the placenta is located.
