i really need advice. Could you please help me with it...

I have brown jelly like discharge since yesterday night... Picture attached. 

What should i do for that? Im already keeping a pillow under my feet.

I was diagnosed with GD 6 days ago and on insulin now... My fasting sugar has gone down to 105 from 186 (which i know is still high) and 1 hr random has gone down to 135 from 224.

I completed my 29 weeks today Alhumdulillah. Baby movement is there Alhumdulillah.

Can you guide me if i need any treatment. As my dr not available... 

Pls keep in mind i have cerclage as well. My last ultrasound was done on 25th June and everything was fine Alhumdulillah.

brown discharge cud b due to a number of reasons-u better urgently consult ur OBG as u r already hvg a risk of pre term labour-it is nt sumthg tht can b resolved in messaging-u need medicines to cover fetal lung maturity+to rule out the cause of this discharge...till then rest wth limited mobility...

it is better to go to your gynaecologist to check your baby as discharge could be due to number of reasons
