Talk to Gynecologist on Gynecologist's Related Issue

Assalam-o-Alikum One of my friend’s friend has faced an issue. That a girl was having bleeding from 4 to 5 months continuously. She consulted a doctor for this issue and she started having severe pain in her belly, for which dr gave her medicine but it didn’t help to reduce the pain then gave an injection, it didn’t help as well. After a while, she got a white discharge and after that, she got rid of the pain. They took the sample of that discharge for the laboratory test and her dr took a pregnancy test as well. After the report came doctor said that she had a miscarriage and the case is 3-5 years back and made a report. Let me clear this the girl is unmarried and a virgin and she lives in a village, there was very poor management they took her ultrasound before and diagnosed her both ovaries with Polycystic which got cured but they didn’t make a proper report of ultrasound. The doctor is not 100% sure about this and she is also confused about her case. I am attaching a report below
