Talk to Gynecologist on Heavy Bleeding

Salam.. Age 25 year. Unmarried.. Never missed periods or delayed. Always or time or slightly up and down flow was also normal. This Ramzan had 3 time in single month with proper bleeding. After that 3,4 months went normal. Last month have excess bleeding and this month also even when they started there was enough heavy bleeding for 30 min even couldn't stand up from spot with lots of weakness and Drowsiness, it was continues bleeding like pee. Today was third day and there is strong bleeding. No special pain. Just flow is heavy.
