Lady you need to answer me few questions first. Have you ever had a history when you had an injury and the bleeding took more time to stop? Ask your mother does she also have periods for this long?

Okay great! It can be normal as it’s her first time. But still to rule out all red flags get her CBC and PT/APTT done. And update me with lab reports. Meanwhile keep her well hydrated and ensure diet rich in fruits and meat.

Please visit in clinic. You should get your ultrasound done and then hormonal medicines will be advised to stop bleeding.
