Asking For Someone else, Sister, Female, 41 Years old, rawalpindi
Her ferritin was low so she had iron infusion, she bleeds alot on second day of periods. Is there any way to reduce fibroids through lifestyle diet changes? Size of fibroids has increase almost 2 cm during the last 1.5 year. They were smaller before.
She need to do some other workup,if bleeding heavily doesnt mean its because of fibroids could be another cause,moreover diet or medicine can improve symptoms ,she need to consult her gynaecologist for further assistance
need detail history ,the scan pic is not proper but the fibroids dont seem to be the cause of bleeding ...so focus on bleeding ,tab ponstan forte and tab dravix 500mg three times from day1 of periods for 3 to 5 days and gopd iron supplement .
