Asa, this lady is 6+ weeks pregnant, this morning had a very heavy watery discharge, no pain before and after, no spotting, no smell, just heavy water gushed out, kindly suggest if anything to worry about.

it could be vaginal discharge or urinary incontinence?
she should visit gynae opd for per speculum examination and management accordingly.
