My sister is in 4th month of pregnancy.She is recently diagnosed with hepatitis B. Can you please tell the preventive Measures that should be taken be her to keep herself and her baby safe. Also guide the diet plan for her. And can hepatitis B can be transferred to her husband through sexual contact?

no need of treatment now for baby so u should give hepatitis B immunoglubuline and Hepatitis angrex B vaccine withing 12 hours of baby that prevant 90% or transmission. and for ur sister she will do again HbsAg test after six months if positive then PCR and also do test of husband HBsAg
