High Dose Of Vitamin D During Third Trimester

Aoa respected doctors, My wife\'s Hb level is 9 (1 month old report) and she had total for drips of merofer (iron) (1 per week). Now doctor has suggested her to take vitamin d (200000 IU) capsule per week for 3 weeks. Please suggest me if is it safe for her and for the baby (third trimester) to have this much high dosage of vitamin d? She also prescribed Intig D tablets to be taken each day. Thanks
