Assalam o alaikum sir I'm a 25 year girl from Karachi I have a baby girl of 2 years by c section...I got my period 8 December 2022 and after that I again get my period 27 feb 2023..I did an ultrasound where doctor said about polycystic and tiny follicles...sir/ma'am I want to concieve again but in this month because after this month my husband will move other place.. ultrasound report will attach here please guide me my weight is 58
