I have used 5, 6 month oslia vit d3. is k waja se mere body me estrogen hormone boht zyada h gya hai. me koi b cream, cosmetic ni use kr sakte, agar perfume hand pe b lag jaye tu breast me back, arm me pain start h jate. me Kuch kha b ni sakte estrogen ki waja se pain start h jate breast me.Plz help me I m too much worried.
