Asking For Self, Female 24, karachi
Salam everyone. i am in my 9th month. alhumdulillah everything is favourable to normal delivery but i will soon finish my 37 week and still no sign or any pain type thing that might lead to labour..
my first delivery was normal and i really want this one to be normal as well. what do i do to kick in labour pain? can please a gynecologist guide me in following questions:
how much time should i walk in a day? like related walking is enough or brisk walking should be done? any other excersise i should do? please any tips would be appreciated...
Do your normal walk,30 to 60 minutes brisk walk , but add squatting excercise will help you …
Start with slow walking to make sure your body is comfortable with the amount of exercise. You can gradually increase it by 5 to10 mins daily. If you have previously not done brisk walking throught this pregnancy then don’t start now.
Walking for half an hour, swimming & Yuga will help u inshallah.
Aoa labour pain can start any time up-to 40 weeks of pregnancy. U should have weekly regular visit of your doctor. Intensive exercises is not advisable at this stage of pregnancy and hot weather. So have walk of 15 minute morning and evening. Rest your doctor will guide. Thanks
brisk walk and yoga
