I got married in August 2020 and I have hypothyroidism ..before marriage my tsh level was 4.2 with two tablets of thyroxine 50 mcg.. now after marriage I got tested yesterday for thyroid profile ..t3 is 1.49, t4 is 7.10 and tsh is now 13.670 which is so high plz guide me what to do now.. I want to conceive
