whenever i poop ,I feel so much pain.. everytyime have an itching.. missed periods since 2 months.. reports of TSH,cbc and prolactin are clear.. also gaining weight

history of PCOS ?
for anal itching apply hydrocortisone 1% cream thin layer apply 1+1+1 for 7 days n must rule out PCOS for missed period or if married than rule out pregnancy
