ASA kindly give some details of history, for how long you are having pain??? are you married, any relation of this pain with your menstrual cycles....
as temporary treatment you can take tab ponstan forte 1+1 for 3 days to relieve pain, but for proper diagnosis proper history is needed...hope you feel better soon insha'Allah
