Hello, i am 28 week pregnant and have sopting doctor do vaginal swab culture test and i have send you report so tell me what is the problem
problem is that you have infection with specific bacteria mentioned above which can be treated by taking above mentioned antibiotics ...so visit me for further evaluation and treatment
you have vaginal infection that is mixed infection (bacterial+fungal infection) so I will better advise you local antibiotics along with low dose oral antibiotics. Also you have pervaginal spotting should also use progestron support. Go for ultrasound fetal well being if it has not been done.
use polygynax capsule pervaginally HS for 7 days
Cap Amclav 625mg bid (1+0+1) for 5day
Cyclogest pessary per rectally HS daily
and your calcium and iron supplements.
