Talk to Gynecologist on Infection In Pregnancy

AoA, I am almost 25 weeks pregnant. From past one month, I feel a strange pressure and some kind of irritation down there. Discussed this with my doctor, she said, last month you had infection shown in Urine R/E. And whatout doing any further tests she prescribed me some vaginal cream and medicine along with duphaston.

I thought if I only take Cran Max, wouldn't it be helpful? And is Cran Max safe at this stage?

What should I do plz., it's really bothering me, esp. when I am sitting or walking. That feel is better when I am lying down.
