Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility

Hello, i have been trying to conceive a child and did some blood test and got low vitamin D levels so, my gynecologist suggested me vitamin d supplements, folic acid and osanate d and glucophage tablet.. i had my last period on 24th August and on 13, September i got light red spot on my pants and i thought it might be my period but i am not bleeding since then and today on 14 September after urinating i got some light red blood on my fingers.. So, is this period blood or something else ?
