Talk to Gynecologist on Infertility

Hi. My name is Sara. I'm ttc since a year now. I've consulted two gynaecologist before. My all hormonal tests are clear alhamdulilah. Diabetes test also done it's clear and thyroid is also clear. I was on letrozole for one month and clomid two months and once I took hcg injection also. My periods are sometimes little irregular and yes I have painful periods. Kindly suggest.
