three months earlier my hemoglobin was 13.2 and now it is 11.1 the reason is that i didn't eat any vegetables and healthy food last month can anyone please tell me can i take iberet folic tablet daily with CAC C ??? like can i take iron supplement with vitamin c or not ???

You can take iron suppliments with vitamin c but not with Calcium as calcium binds with iron and does not let it enteryour body. You can take ascorbon tab which is vitaminc with iberet folic. Calium should be taken at a seperate time.
