Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Period

Salam , So my wife and me had protected sex for the first time but she was feeling a bit pain so we didn’t continue much longer , also we made sure that condom never leaked and not even discharged in vagina After a week 10days after her period She started having spotting which was weird bcoz it was just 10 days after her period She has been having spotting from last 5 days with clots, but no period Over all she is okay no mood swings no pain no nausea She has also been dieting . What could be the reason I am a bit worried
