Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Period

My periods was irregular from last two months it was coming twice in a month and for two days. My periods date was 19 20 and 10 11 Last month I got my periods on 19 and 20 aug but as per my calculation this month date is 10 and 11 sep according twice in a month I have protected sex on 28 aug and after that I checked thrice the results negetive even after 3 weeks but my menses was delay what's the reason behind this and can u tell me medicine for my irregular period?
