Assalamualaikum dr kaisi hai ap.dr mujhay irregular periods ka masla hai jiski wajah say baby conceive me problem horahi hai menay lezra 2.5 mg li thi first cycle me mujhay periods agiay thay phir second cycle me menay letrozole 2.5 mg li thi uskay bad bhi periods agiay ab third cycle or 4th cycle dono months periods nhi arahay hai or pregnancy test bhi teen char dafa karlia hai negative hai no pregnancy symptoms occurs till now.please help me.
