Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

hi doctors ... hope all of you are in good health .. I want to discus my issue of irregular periods since tge problen is from 7 8 years i hve taken the medication of primulute N but no effect .. effective untill i use it .. my mother also had this issue till her marriage ... but she was stated a proper mansturation cycle .. I have attached my duration details from 3 years .. i am going to married after 3 4 months .. and worried to know if theres any internal issue that need to be treated .. what would you advice me .. so that i can start medications before my marriage .. thank you .
