Talk to Gynecologist on Irregular Periods

Asalam Aalikum. I need an opinion regarding my periods. Since last two periods, my periods have extended till ten days. I mean I have normal flow till 5th day, then on 8th day onward it's just blackish color...sometimes it feels like grainy material of dark blood. And now it's my ninth day, and when I checked, there was fresh blood and still I'm not paak. What should I do? I never had such an issue before. I had normal 5 days period and now since last time, I'm experiencing this. What is the reason behind this, what should i do?
