Talk to Gynecologist on Itching Vagina Mid Period

My periods have been irregular since the age of 13 which was when I first got them. The cycle has never been perfect and I, right now, have no means of going to any doctor at the moment due to unsupportive family. Last 2 months, mujhay periods huai hain, yes a few days up and down but hou gayai thay. Iss maheenay, periods were 22 days late. Flow was, as usual, extremely heavy for the first three days with extreme pain but that is normal, and after that, it did lessen but my vaginal itching started again. I tried Daktacort, but it didn’t work. I tried Canestan and it failed. I tried Vaseline and little to no effects. Sometimes, it feels as if my vagina is on fire and too much itching. Idk what to do.
