Talk to Gynecologist on IV Cannula

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore

Aoa I am daily getting IV medications(at home) due to my high risk pregnancy. And expecting a C-section in a week or two. 1.For how long can I safely keep an IV cannula? 2.after how much time same vein is ready to be punctured again as the person administering medicine is avoiding pricking large vessles?

upto 3 days .if it's not causing pain...and no swelling....recanalization does take too much time it's a simple prick which can head in 3_4days if not infected
