Talk to Gynecologist on Less Amniotic Fluid

Assalamo Aliakum Drs... I am 32 weeks pregnant and its my 2nd pregnancy.Yesterday i went to a nearby gynaecologist to ensure the well being of me and baby, and she told me via ultrasound that liquor amount is very low though she has not mentioned the liquoir volume in the prescription...She suggested aminovel drips. In my first pregnancy she has also said me this at 8th month however when i went to another hospital for second opinion, they after doing doppler said liquour is adequate... My question is , is it possible that in the normal ultrasound liqour actually seems low but in doppler it seems fine ?? My second question is, by keeping the current situation and my first pregnancy experience in mind should i go to another hospital or dr or i should go for drips ? Do these drips have any side effect if liqour is already adequate.Thank you in advance.

do u hv a history of high blood pressure?
isolated low liqour vol should undergo close surveillance till delivery. u should get steroid injections incase of a premature birth of a baby.

Thank you so much...Which ultrasound is prescribed in this case ? Can i get it done myself from any good lab or hospital visit is needed ? Apart from this issue every thing was completely fine till 18 feb ( my last visit to hospital)

The water around the baby is made by baby (urine of baby ) and placenta,There is no evidence in the literature to suggest that these drips increase liquor volume , If the water around baby is less , what does she mean by it what is AFI, or what is the deepest cord free pool, it should be documented, if it is really less ,the first thing we should find out is weather the baby is growing well and weather the blood flow towards the baby is normal or not ( Doppler Study). It is not possible to have less liquor and than after drip normal liquor , until or unless there is extreme dehydration. Is her Blood pressure normal. What was the weight of ist baby any medical problem during previous or current pregnancy?Doppler study is just blood flow studies by ultrasound we don’t measure liquor by Doppler .

Thank you ma'am ... Blood pressure in both pregnancies was normal and apart from this issue no other problem found un botb preganacies. First delivery was healthy and baby weight was also ok.

I have normal blood pressure and no hogh BP history and the ultrasound image is also very blur that could not be photographed.
