Talk to Gynecologist on Light Bleeding After Stopping Duphaston

took Lets (letrozole for 5 days, 3 tables together). 11 days I had 20mm follicle so dr gave me IVF C shot from 11th day till 24th day I took duphaston.

After stopping it on 5th day I tested strip and found very very little faint line after 2 hours I got bleeding but there was no pain, no cramps just sudden bleeding which was 60% lighter than normal and only lasted for 2 day. 1 days was light bleeding and second day was on and off spotting so hardly used 2 pads. after that no blood, no spots etc (ususally my periods are heavy for 3 days and then 4 days spotting and always arrive with severe cramps and pain, not sudden)

its now 6th day today and i am having mild cramps now, right side pain along with back pain, lower pelvic pain like something is cutting me (i cant explain, chuban sa pain hota hai but its bearable).

Wht shall I do now. Also tested for PCOs this month.
