Talk to Gynecologist on Light Bleeding In Pregnancy

Assalam o Alaikum I am posting again for my problem. my wife is 31 years old.

she has a history of two miscarriages, one was chemical pregnancy and other resulted in DNC.

she is again now pregnant. She is having Duphaston, folic acid, Ascard daily and gets gravibinan injection once a week.

when she was 6 weeks pregnant, she felt some bleeding and doctor prescribed Transmin tablets which stopped bleeding. ultrasound was done at 6 week, baby was there !!

at 8 weeks, baby's heartbeat was found in ultratasound. but at 9 week, she felt some spotting again and we went to Dr. and checked. everything was okay.

it is her 11th week, she is again having spotting. she is again taking Transmin 500 mg. notable thing is that she had a red discharge this time.

please guide. I wil take consultation also if any doctor guides well in post.
