Talk to Gynecologist on Low Energy In 4th Month Pregnancy

feeling low energy from the start of pregnancy, blood count is okay, can't eat well. my Doctor prescribed me tab Envepe 10 mg , using one or 2 times daily, sending the picture in attachments. when I use i feel oky enough, when I don't feel the same situation. my question is "is using these tablets for long period okay while having pregnancy? shoud I continue ? 2nd query.. feel frequent discharge from one month of white liquid, what should I do ?
