aoa, You r 26 week pregnant , n after 28 to 30 weeks ,chances of having a viable pregnancy improve , so strict bed rest n confirm on USG which type of previa n USG with Doppler is necessary to confirm acreta or not,.....n fetal status as well ,if your HB improve with blood transfusion ,n fetal movement ok, try to reach either we 28 or 30 weeks ,n with steroid cover,....in placenta previa there is increase chance of bleeding during surgery....but if have heavy episode of bleeding ,than no other chance than gp for surgery with atleast four unit of blood in hand
