dont worry os normal.to have breech and low lying placenta in initial ist trimestor ultrasound.. it will b ceph n placenta migrayes usualy as ur preg grows.. book ur doctor n go for antnatal chekup regularly or y xan share ur report n consult online regarding further guidance during pregpregnacy .have ubstartvtaking folic acid ??
