aoa.x-ray shows straightening of lumbar spine and muscle spasm which can be cure by physiotherapy sessions and postural management so u have to visit clinic.also tell that pain is located only in back region or it travels in legs?
and which activities increase pain like sitting, standing etc.
for coccyx pain use dounut cushion.avoid sitting on hard surfaces and further evaluation is needed for guidance.thanks
as you describing, it looks like coccydynia.which need use of cushion and Physio.
you report mentions lumbar spine issues.
it's better to see and get examined in clinic so that accurate diagnosis can be made.
