you can take , there is no harm but requirement is of folic acid is 400microgram only

U can took multivitamin, but consult gynaec early in next pregnancy
You can take these medicine also start folic acid tablet daily and when you become pregnant let me know I will advise you medicines to prevent miscarriage

Yes you have to take Duphaston when pregnancy test is positive but that should be done by blood rest
