i hv diagnosed with multiple fibroids in utrus, my menses is absent from last 2 months, please guide me that fibroids can be a cause of my menses absence.

Dear lady kindly mention your marital  status as well  You are nearing  menupasaul age   that can be one of the reasons .  Fibroids causes heavy bleeding when they are involving the uterine cavity . You must see your near by gynaecologist and have a detail ultra sound by a radiologist  .
